Momma's Morning Cup With Quinn Menier
Advocating For a Break
Show Notes

As I wrap up the How To Be a Stronger Advocate series, I wanted to share with you the most important part of advocacy.

We have covered How to be a stronger self-advocate in health, mental health, and financially already. Which were an overview of steps you can take to develop your voice and be heard in those areas. There are  more steps you can take and I plan to dive even deeper in the future on the show and in my blog which you can find at quinnmenier.com.

What I really want to share with you and I find it to be the most important thing of all. It took me reaching a mental burnout to realize this and I want to prevent this from happening to someone else. This episode will be short and to the point, but it’s an important episode that you don’t want to miss and I encourage you to listen over and over and also share with a friend or two.

So grab your morning cup and let’s dive in.

As mentioned in this episode;

Episode Three "Get Present Decrease Overwhelm with Dr. Sumer Ledet"
