In our conversation Sumer and I discuss how to decrease overwhelm when juggling careers, motherhood, and relationships with others. As a person who lives each day with anxiety, it was important to me that I talk with a licensed psychologist in order to have this conversation especially someone who is an expert in the area of anxiety and working with women who are overwhelmed. 
During this episode we talk about grounding ourselves, taking breaks, and laugh at shows that insult our intelligence.
